Harry Edward Styles is an English musician, singer, and musician from England. He was one of the members of One Direction. The band is based in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England Styles is the son of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School. There together with his three classmates, he formed his own band, White Eskimo. The band won in 2009's Battle of Bands thanks to the impressive presentation they made. Even though he's always been interested in the music world however, despite his love for it he wanted also to be a lawyer or an physiotherapist. He was employed at an area bakery on a part-time basis to support his family financially. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the 2010 auditions to The X Factor. The group had to separate. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury member of The X Factor suggested Harry Styles be part of a group called One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in the year 2010. The band of five was backed by Cowell, and they sang Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You as well Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. The group was among the most competitive groups in the contest. The band was in the third place after Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle and won. Even though Harry Styles and his group were not crowned winners, Cowell agreed to pay 2 million pounds to One Direction to sign with Syco Records. Syco Record label.
